6. CANCELLING THE ORDER
It is not possible to cancel an order after the order has been placed and confirmed. However, you can still change and refund the product(s) by following the exchange and returns policy below.
7. EXCHANCE AND RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 14-Day money-back guarantee on all products purchased. The 14 days are counted from the time you receive your parcel. The goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original package. Always contact us first before returning any goods by email email@example.com. The purchaser will pay the cost of return shipping that won’t be refunded.
We will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order within 5-10 business days of your merchandise return. 8. MISSED AND DAMAGER ORDER
If your purchased goods will get missed or damaged during delivery, or if you’ll receive a wrong product, contact us as soon as possible by email firstname.lastname@example.org. You may contact us within 14 days of your merchandise delivery date. We won’t process notifications sent to us after the 14 days has passed. When contacting us include photos of the damaged goods and the packaging for the reference. If the parcel has been damaged by the courier, you also have to make a consumer complaint to the delivery company.
9. RECLAMATION AND REPAIR
